自流平是近两年公装项目中比较火的一种材料，就跟水磨石一样，成为了网红材料。那么，什么是自流平呢？自流平地坪就是把加工好的特殊材料，加水调和成具有一定流动性的液态物质，同时依靠重力自由扩散形成水平面，并自然凝结成型的地坪施工做法。

公装项目中的自流平的分类具体有哪些呢？我们知道自流平可分为水泥基自流平和环氧自流平。水泥基自流平是主要由特种水泥、超塑化组分、天然高强骨料及有机改性组分复合而成的干拌砂浆。使用时与水混合后形成流动性极佳的流体浆料，在人工辅助摊铺下，能快速展开、自动找平。需要注意的是：水泥基自流平，只在一定的时间内（有大约3~5min的施工时间）存在一定的流动度和流动方向，超过一定时间，就会停止流动，开始凝固。而环氧自流平主要采用环氧树脂为主材，由固化剂、稀释剂、溶剂、分散剂、消泡剂及某些填料等混合加工而成。环氧自流平包括混凝土基层和环氧自流平地坪涂层两部分。

1、耐磨、防滑：环氧自流平地坪耐磨性能要比水泥基自流平耐磨性好，但在防滑性上水泥基自流平比环氧自流平要好。

2、密度：环氧材料由于结构致密，气密性很高，特别容易由于基层含水率过高而起鼓。

3、使用年限：在使用年限上，水泥基自流平地坪至少可达10年以上，而环氧自流平地坪通常在3年左右。

4、环保性能：水泥基自流平属于绿色环保、安全健康材料，而环氧材料含有酚醛树脂等化学成分。在实际的使用过程中，咱们可以根据不同情况甄别选用。

那么公装项目的水泥基自流平完成面是不是水平的呢？回答这个问题之前，我们要先明确在水泥基自流平的施工中特别要注意顺平地面和超平地面的区别。所谓顺平地面是指经过施工后的地面，整体虽然平整，但整体地面不一定是水平的，它是按照原有的高低方向，顺平下来的；而超平地面是指整个地面都在同一个水平面上的地面，超平地面的施工过程非常复杂，需要确定水平点，然后根据水平点进行施工。所以，我们通常遇到的都是顺平地面，而超平地面一般只有要求非常高的实验室或是进行精密加工的车间才会有如此高的要求。
